Tickets for the concerts can be purchased at all Wegmans “That’s T.H.E. Ticket” outlets in each store’s Customer Service Center. First mention “Exodus To Jazz” then the “Artist or Group” name to the customer service representative.
A $1.00 service fee will be added to the price of each ticket purchased.
BrownPaperTickets.com:
Tickets can be purchased online at “BrownPaperTickets.com”. A minimal service charge is applied to each ticket purchased, regardless of the ticket value. The service fee covers the following two shipping options at no additional expense to the purchaser:

Will-Call Tickets:
You will not be shipped a physical ticket; your name will appear on the Will-Call list at the door for ticket pick-up on the night of the concert.

Physical Tickets – USPS 1st Class:
These tickets will be shipped within 2 business days and should arrive within 6 business days.
Two additional shipping options are available (Priority Mail and Express Mail) with associated fees payable by the ticket purchaser. Shipping options are chosen during ticket ordering transaction.
A “Five Concert Pass” will be available only online, beginning July 15, 2011. It will enable purchasers to attend any five shows at a discount to the individually purchased tickets.
At The Door:
Tickets can be purchased at the door on a “first come, first served” basis, as they are available. The “Ticket / Will-Call” desk will be open one-hour prior to the start of the concert.
